We Live Here is a public research and dialogue platform that brings a local lens to the national housing crisis. Focused on living affordability and security in New London, CT, it explores the historical events and systems behind widespread affordability struggles, helping build a deeper shared understanding of how we got here. Close to 1,700 parents, family members, students, alumni and friends gathered on campus, Oct. 9-10, for a fun-filled weekend of perfect weather, great food and Camel love and spirit. New events such as the Flannel & Food Truck Reception and Pumpkin Carving Contest were big hits as well as exciting athletic events, plus the always popular Harvestfest and Pumpkins & Pooches. Our latest aerial tour showcases what's new and what's classic on Conn's stunning campus! New? The pedestrian promenade through the center of campus, the two-story patio of the renovated college center, and the rejuvenated Silfen Track and Field. Classic? Our storied Gothic and Colonial architecture, our 750-acre arboretum, our four seasons and, of course, our views of Long Island Sound and the Thames River.
