Residence Houses

Manwaring Apartments, in a newly restored historic building, are the College’s first downtown residence for students. Residents living in Manwaring have expanded opportunities for community engagement and academic programming downtown. There are multiple apartment floor plans that have been thoughtfully designed around the historic bones of the building. The units have stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen islands with granite counters and garbage disposals, modern bathroom designs, in-unit washer and dryers, 10-foot ceilings, and incredible natural light. Manwaring Apartments can be applied for through an application process that is available to sophomores, juniors and seniors.
