After our welcome, you will head outside and meet your Student Advisers (SAs) (they will be holding big signs with your FYS number and name, so make sure you remember it!). You will spend a few hours together getting to know your first-year seminar classmates, have time to ask questions and learn more about the Welcome Weekend schedule. Be prepared to be outside for this meeting and sit on the ground (think: comfortable clothes, sunscreen, bug spray, something to sit on, water bottle, etc.). If it's raining, your SAs will take you to your FYS classroom for this meeting. Attendance: Required.
