Residents will be invited to "pick a flower" representing a value that matters to them, such as kindness, respect, growth, or integrity, and add it to an individual bouquet. Together, we'll create a colorful display that celebrates our shared strengths while recognizing each person's unique contributions.This event is a great chance to pause, connect with others, and see how our values bloom when we bring them together.
